Jobs in Belgium is a job board platform connecting job seekers with employers across Belgium. We provide:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person (no multiple accounts)

3.2 Account Types

• Job Seekers: Create profiles, search jobs, submit applications
• Recruiters/Employers: Post jobs, search candidates, manage applications

3.3 Authentication Methods

You may sign in using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth
• LinkedIn OAuth
• Microsoft OAuth

By using OAuth providers, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Job Seekers

• Provide truthful and accurate information in profiles and applications
• Keep profile information up to date
• Respect employer communications and interview commitments
• Do not misrepresent qualifications or experience

4.2 Recruiters/Employers

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with Belgian employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Respect candidate privacy and data protection laws
• Do not post jobs for illegal activities, scams, or MLM schemes

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Circumvent platform security measures
• Use automated bots without authorization

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, profiles, job posts). By posting content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and process it for platform operation.

6.2 Platform Content

All platform design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Jobs in Belgium and protected by copyright laws.

7. Payments and Fees

• Job seeker accounts are free
• Recruiter accounts may require paid subscriptions for premium features
• All fees are stated clearly before purchase

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We comply with GDPR and Belgian data protection laws.

9. Disclaimers

• We do not verify all employer or candidate information
• We are not responsible for user conduct or interactions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs in Belgium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Loss of data or business
• Damages from third-party conduct
• Unauthorized access to accounts

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Inactivity (after appropriate notice)

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Belgian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
